Young Carers Update

We currently have 67 young carers on roll at the Heath School. They have been attending one to one and group sessions now that Covid restrictions have lifted. We work alongside a support worker from Halton Carers Centre who has launched a competition called “Time to Fly” fingers crossed we have a winning entry.

One of our Year 7s won the competition with a lovely poem about caring for his sibling, we also have a runner-up who created a beautiful umbrella with photos of her sister.
